I don’t write that much about comsetics, but I am really a cosmetic freak. I love trying new products and I almost never use the same product twice, because I want always try something new. Now I want to share my thoughts about these products I bought in September.
Okay so let’s start with new hair products. First one is volumising conditioner from mades cosmetics. I bought this because this was a new product line in my local drugstore and also because I loved the colors of the bottle. The scent of this conditioner was very sweet but I don’t know what it actually is. I’m not sure if I like it, because it just doesn’t smell like anything particular. I usually like products with lots of scent, but I want them also smell like strawberries or apples or something I can recognize.
I also didn’t notice any volumising effect when using this. But I my hair is so heavy that these volumising shampoos or conditioners never work. But after using this conditioner, my hair was shiny and smooth and I think it was okay. But I’m not gonna buy this again. The price was something like 2 euros.
The second hair product was this repairing and revitalizing hair treatment from Kicks. I bought this because of the color of the bottle. I first thought that this is like a normal hair mask, but no. You are supposed to use this in between shampoo and conditioner. It’s because Shampoo opens up the cuticles and the treatment can absorb efficiently. Finish with your choice of conditioner to close the cuticles.
This was something I’ve never tried before and I have to say I’m quite happy with it. I use this like twice a week and I can really see how it makes my hair very smooth and easy to brush. This is something I’ll propably buy again. The only thing I don’t like in this product is the scent. It smells like regular soap. Blaah it’s boring. The price was like 8-9 euros.
When autumn comes, my lips will go dry. Really dry. And then I went to Tiger store and found this cutest pink apple lipbalm. I mean, who wouldn’t buy it! It costs like 2 euros and tastes like an apple. I could really eat it. It also moisturises my lips very well. The only thing I don’t like is the fact you have to put this with your finger. Not very hygienic.
In September I also bought my first LUSH product ever! I can’t believe I hadn’t been using these before. I bought just this regular lemon soap. And I love it. The scent is great and I just love it. I definately have to buy these more. The oly bad thing is that it leaves my skin very dry, so I have to remember to moisurise it afterwards.
I’ve used The bodyshops Honeymania bodybutter already for months. Now I bought also this Honeymania bodyscrub. What can I say about it. The scent is the same as in the bodybutter. I like it. And thhe scrub does what it’s supposed to do. Normal Bodushop quality.
And the last thing isn’t actually a beauty product. I’ve just found a new genious way to use coconut oil. It’s oil pulling that really does miracles to your teeth and oral health. You can read here how to do it. I just love all this kind of “crazy” and alternative stuff, so I really had to try it. And I think I only can see some results. My mouth feels cleaner and my teeth are little whiter I think. You should try it too!
